About RFC International
RFC International
RFC International is an event management company based in Malaysia. The Rainforest Challenge (RFC), RFC Global Series (RFCGS), Rainforest Trophy (RFT) and RFT World Series (RFTWS) are all created and founded by Mr. Luis J.A.Wee.
RFCI organizes the Rainforest Challenge, also called the RFC Grand Final event or also known as the mother RFC in Malaysia from end Nov to early Dec since 1997, drawing a huge crowd of global offroad enthusiasts to gather in Malaysia for the event annually. It is also involved in the licensing and franchising of RFC, RFCGS, RFT and RFTWS worldwide, with as many as 30+ participating countries and 250,000 members.
RFC Global Series
The RFC is an extreme off-road race for 4x4, ATV, UTV including Enduro motorbikes held for public viewing at the Prologue Special Stages (SS) and along certain racing sections called Predator, Terminator, Twilight Zone, Survival and Finale SS.
The RFC racing format, rules and regulations (created and owned by RFC Founder) has, since 2012, spread to become RFC Global Series (RFCGS) with events in Asia, Oceania, Eurasia, Europe and the Americas with organizers and representatives in over 30 countries. RFCGS events are closely followed by 4x4 aficionados in over 60 nations, The RFCGS circuit of events is expanding worldwide covering more and more countries across the six continents.
Rainforest Trophy
The Rainforest Trophy (RFT) is a non-racing event which emphasizes on expedition, adventure and tourism discovery and was also created by Mr. Luis J.A.Wee in 2017. The RFT is now considered another iconic event for 4x4 enthusiasts to drive, experience, learn about 4x4 and discover places of interest along the journey. Enthusiasts band together to travel often vast amount of road to experience the essence of living with Mother Nature.
The RFT format has also spread outside Malaysia with the first RFT event held in the Northern Caucasus region of Russia in 2019.
RFT World Series
From 2020 onwards, RFT events will also be expanding globally for off-road aficionados to enjoy their passion in 4x4 expedition around the world under the flagship of RFT World Series (RFTWS).
RC RFC
Radio Control crawlers, the 1:10 version of RFC racing in the format of the Rainforest Challenge in Malaysia and worldwide.
RFC Powersports
Powersports events incorporating ATV, SSV, Enduro expedition and racing in Malaysia and worldwide.
